1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

Custom websites, rebrands, and design packages

Ongoing maintenance and support
We do not provide therapy, medical, or clinical services. All clients are responsible for maintaining professional and legal compliance with their respective boards and regulations.
3. Free Website Offer Terms
Setup Fee Waiver: The setup fee is waived in exchange for:
(a) a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review, and
(b) a short video testimonial within 30 days of website launch.
Pages & Features:
The Free Website Offer applies only to template-based websites within our standard package (includes a homepage, about, contact with HIPAA-compliant form, rates & insurance, and specialty pages).
Custom Work:
Additional pages, layout edits, or unique design requests beyond the template package are available at an hourly or per-page rate, quoted in advance.
Exclusions:
Custom website builds or rebrands may not qualify for the Free Website Offer and will be quoted separately.
4. Hosting, Ownership & Cancellation
Hosting:
All websites are hosted and maintained exclusively by Therapy Growth Solutions on our secure platform.
Ownership:
You retain ownership of your content (text, logo, photos, and brand assets).
The underlying website design, framework, and backend structure remain the property of Therapy Growth Solutions.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your monthly or annual hosting subscription with 30 days’ notice. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline after the notice period.
No Refunds:
Payments are nonrefundable. If you cancel before your prepaid period ends, no partial refunds will be issued.
5. Updates and Revisions
Monthly plan: 30 days of free content edits after launch.
Annual plan: 60 days of free content edits after launch.
After the free period, additional edits are billed hourly or by quote.
Structural changes (new layouts, redesigns) are not included in free updates.
6. Consent to Communications
By opting into the Free Website Offer, submitting your contact details, or otherwise engaging with our services, you expressly agree to receive communications from Therapy Growth Solutions, which may include:
Phone calls and text messages (SMS)
Emails and social media messages
Automated, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice calls
You understand and agree that:

10. Limitation of Liability

HIPAA Disclaimer:
We provide HIPAA-compliant hosting and form infrastructure. However, if you connect any third-party tools (such as non-HIPAA-compliant email or scheduling platforms), Therapy Growth Solutions is not liable for resulting breaches or compliance violations.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if you:
Violate these Terms,
Fail to provide the agreed testimonial or review, or
Fail to make timely payments.
Upon termination, all hosted materials may be removed from our platform.
